Some of the objectives you should have as an instructor may include the following:

  • Develop courses for Gemstagram Pathfinder Academy related to crystals, numerology, astrology, or self-help.


  • Deliver Gemstagram educational material to individuals and groups


  • Assist Gemstagram Pathfinder Academy in selling educational material.


  • Work closely with clients to help them establish goals, analyze their current situation, and devise plans and timelines to achieve those goals


  • Promote and market Academy services through social networks, websites, and business referrals.


  • Develop and run comprehensive classes based on healing crystals, numerology, and astrology, and train students on energy healing techniques

  • Coach and mentor students to take these disciplines to the next level, and facilitate projects that allow them to gain expertise

  • Develop and deliver curriculum for new programs; implement best practices for new programs; facilitate research activities; develop new courses

  • Collaborate with lower level management on big-picture plans for the company and align their priorities with these goals

  • Promote the company's image and brand through social media

  • Create and organize materials for classes, including 1-on-1 mentorships, seminars, and workshops

  • Maintain and grow student database
